As an award winning Toronto real estate agent with Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, a resident of Toronto and the GTA for almost 40 years and as the former owner of a boutique design and build firm specializing in high end residential design and build projects for over ten years, I am able to help you with finding the perfect property in various ways. As the previous owner of a design and build firm, I gained extensive and valuable sales, marketing, negotiation, customer service and construction experience which I make use of today to assist my clients. Access To MLS & Exclusive  Listings

You may or may not be aware of this but not all properties that are for sale are listed on the MLS system. This means you could potentially be missing out on other great properties that meet your criteria by only relying on REALTOR.ca and other sites that populate their listings from the MLS system. As your agent, I have access to both MLS listings as well as exclusive (non MLS listings) that you may not be aware of. If I see an exclusive listing that checks off all your boxes, I will be sure to share it with you.

Automatic Listing Updates

The Toronto real estate market is one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. It is important that you stay informed of any new listings that may meet your criteria and act fast when finding the perfect property for you. As my buyer client, you will receive Toronto listings as soon as they come to the market and often before they even show up on REALTOR.ca, allowing you to stay ahead of the competition by acting fast when the right property comes along.

Market Analysis & Opion of Value

Once you find the right property for you, I will provide you with my opinion on value by providing you with data based on recent comparable sales that have taken place in the same neighbourhood or building as the property of interest.  I will also provide you with current market stats to ensure you make an informed offer.
